The Noble Yogi Method™

Helping people move better.

The Noble Yogi Method™ is a hands-on assisted movement system built around a proven routine. Practitioners follow the same framework, then adjust each session based on where the client feels tight and how their body responds.

Created by Amy Farahay, E-RYT 500. Designed for movement professionals, wellness practitioners, and studios.

A proven framework

The routine stays consistent. The session stays personal.

Every practitioner learns the same Noble Yogi sequence and adapts it to the client in front of them.

What Makes It Work

Simple to follow. Personal to every client.

Noble Yogi gives practitioners a clear routine while still allowing them to make thoughtful changes based on what each client is feeling.

01

A Proven Routine

Every practitioner learns the same Noble Yogi sequence, so each session has a clear beginning, middle, and end.

02

Every Body Is Different

The practitioner adjusts the position, pressure, timing, and focus based on where the client feels tight and how they respond.

03

Clients Learn Too

Clients leave with a better understanding of their own bodies and simple ways to support their movement between sessions.

How a Session Works

A clear process from start to finish.

Noble Yogi does not diagnose injuries or replace medical care. It gives practitioners a safe, easy-to-follow way to guide assisted movement and respond to the client.

01

Listen

Ask where the client feels tight, stiff, or limited in their movement.

02

Follow the Routine

Move through the Noble Yogi sequence in the same clear order.

03

Adjust

Change the position, pressure, timing, or focus based on what the client is experiencing.

04

Recheck

Return to the movement or area the client mentioned and notice whether it feels different.

05

Educate
