“Working in partnership with Amy has made my dream of offering yoga teacher training possible”.

Jennifer Lenhart, E-RYT 500, Studio Owner

I had been wanting to develop a 300-hour teacher training program for many years (and had even tried to start doing so a couple of times), but as the busy sole owner and lead teacher at my yoga studio, I just didn't have the time to do what needed to be done to get a program off the ground.

Working in partnership with Amy at Inspire to develop a customized YTT manual (and to navigate the ever-changing and complicated Yoga Alliance guidelines) has been a delight and also has made my dream of offering yoga teacher training possible. I highly recommend Amy and the services she offers.

Throughout the whole process, Amy has been professional, clear, receptive, and helpful. I chose to create a customized program so that I could focus on my areas of specialty and the teaching lineage I come from, include the materials I have developed and curated for workshops over the years, and give the program the "flavor" of my teaching style.

Amy provides guidance, support, insight, ideas, and encouragement during every step of this process, and the fact that she herself is a yoga teacher who also happens to have a good head for this kind of work is invaluable. I am so glad I decided to hire Amy to help me with this project, and I would happily work with her again in the future.

MY EXPERIENCE.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, I've crafted a substantial portfolio. During this time, I've had the privilege of educating and training hundreds of yoga teachers, as well as overseeing operations for numerous studios around the world. In 2018, I took a hiatus from teaching following a tragic car accident that claimed the life of my baby sister.

Before stepping back from teaching, I traversed the globe, developing teacher training programs for studios that lacked the resources to do so independently. This endeavor led to studio owners reaching out to me, seeking guidance on expanding their studios and establishing their own yoga teacher training initiatives. In response, I set out to construct a streamlined system that alleviated the burdens faced by studio owners, ultimately delivering the outcomes they had long aspired to achieve.

THEir VERY OWN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING.

As entrepreneurs, we often become so engrossed in the daily operations of our businesses that our personal aspirations and dreams take a back seat. My role is to serve as a bridge to reconnect you with those dreams. I'm here to transform your vision of hosting a yoga teacher training into a tangible reality.

My passion lies in helping YOU, the studio owner, create a program that not only aligns with your core values but also nurtures the growth of your community.

Embarking on a yoga teacher training program is a significant endeavor, and the process of applying for Yoga Alliance certification can be quite daunting. I'm here to shoulder that burden. After our collaboration, you will have achieved:

  • Official recognition as a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance.

  • A tailored 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program.

  • Branded student and teaching manuals.

  • A meticulously outlined teaching schedule.

  • Customized marketing materials that reflect your brand.

  • The successful launch of your inaugural yoga teacher training!

MEET THE

FOUNDER

Hi! I'm Amy.

Yoga is not just a practice for me; it's a way of life. With over two decades of experience in the yoga industry, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in this world. I dedicated seven years to nurturing one of the largest yoga studios in Columbus, Ohio, serving as the director of operations. The studio's growth was significantly influenced by my leadership and my role as a Lululemon ambassador. As our community thrived, I took the initiative to establish a local teacher training program in Columbus, Ohio, and later expanded it across the United States.

My goal is to craft a program that harmoniously blends various philosophies to best represent your unique business.

In 2018, I ventured beyond the studio I had been with, and I've been collaborating with multiple other studios, effectively launching their yoga teacher training programs.

My passions are twofold: yoga and the art of running a successful business. And most importantly, my greatest passion is HELPING YOU SUCCEED.

after reading through the rough draft modules that amy has created, she was able to pin point my teaching style in written form with all the details better then I could‘ve done for myself!

Sarah Rehman, E-RYT 500, Studio Owner

Teaching is my passion and teaching yoga is where that fire was lit within me over 13 years ago. Through those years, I have continued to do trainings and certifications yearly and consider myself a forever student since there’s always so much to learn! I opened an aerial yoga studio called Flying Buddha Studio, 7 years ago and the concept has evolved into a mindful, movement studio that includes yoga, aerial yoga, aerial dance, aerial arts with the hoop and hammock, bungee fitness, The Great Yoga Wall, pole fitness, burlesque, and so much more! I love to teach and my home is always with yoga. I have learned to apply my yoga to all these different movement modalities and the time has come in my career to share all the wisdom, knowledge, and experience that has been shared with me. I have felt that I should be teaching teachers and it’s been a goal to create a yoga teacher training program for over a couple years now. The process of creating the teacher training manual has felt overwhelming especially on top of the day to day responsibilities with my business, family, and the unexpected twists and turns that come with life.

I saw Amy’s advertisement in an email a year before and I did reach out, but I was hesitant and thought that I would find the time to put in the work to create my manual. A year later, I hadn’t made that much progress in the manual making and I decided to reach out again but this time I set up a meeting to learn more about Amy’s services and to get answers to my questions. Our 15 minute meeting turned into an hour and I felt very comfortable talking with her and this led to me becoming a client. She asked me questions about my yoga influences and favorite books. I told her about my training experiences and she listened. I didn’t quite understand at the time what she meant when she said that creating these teacher training manuals is how she lives her yoga practice, but after reading through the rough draft modules that she had created for me I realized she was able to pin point my teaching style in written form with all the details better then I could‘ve done for myself. I also realized that leading a teacher training is going to allow me to go full circle. Like many, yoga started out as a more physical practice but when I needed to heal and go deeper within myself my practice and learning to teach gave me a strong sense of purpose and spirituality. Reading through all the details in the modules that Amy had so eloquently put together reminded me of why I came to yoga in the first place to heal.

We are still in the process of creating the yoga teacher training manual, but the draft that she has shared with me to read over has sparked excitement and creative inspiration in me as my goals have become more concrete and attainable from Amy’s services. I highly recommend working with her and allowing her to add her talents to your future programs.

Amy recently developed a complete YTT manual for me, meeting the requirements of Yoga Alliance and I'm extremely pleased with the results. The manual Amy created is incredibly detailed and comprehensive, meeting all the expectations of Yoga Alliance. It provides clear and concise information for both teacher and student.

It is NOT a generic template but specifically tailored to my curriculum, philosophy, and teaching approach. Amy delivered the manual well within two weeks of her promise. She was responsive and communicative throughout this process, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had and kept me informed at every stage of the process.

My investment in her services has proven to be invaluable considering the time and headache Amy has saved me. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and client satisfaction makes her a standout choice in her field.

I'm so happy she found me!!!

I mean EVERY word. I would never have been able to do this on my own. YA would laugh at me right out the door. I am so grateful you found me <3

I am so thankful for Amy and her knowledge and expertise on helping our studio become Yoga Alliance recognized. Creating a yoga school was a dream of mine for years, but the paperwork made it feel impossible. Amy sat down with me virtually, got to know my studio and my vision, and created exactly what I was dreaming. She took over all the paperwork for me and got us approved in no time! She has been available for zoom meetings and emails throughout the entire process. I could not have done it without her and her team.

When I first began the process of looking at opening a Yoga Teaching Training School, I felt overwhelmed by the time and information it would take for me to do it the way I wanted to. Amy at InspireTM was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the process that I knew I wanted to have her as my consultant. What a great business decision it was! She walked me through it, helped me customize it, and answered all of my questions in such a timely fashion and I couldn't be happier! " --Kimberly Manthey, Owner of Dirty Feet Yoga and Wellness

Amy has made what could have been a very stressful experience super simple and pleasant. Her commitment to her clients is unmatched. She is compassionate, consistent, and reliable. I am grateful for Amy with Inspire. I highly recommend her services!

Amy Farahay’s passion, talent, caring focus, and hard work brought my goal of establishing a Yoga Teacher Training School to fruition. I was impressed with the clarity of her communications and the confidence she had in her programs.

As a yoga studio owner with a busy life in addition to yoga, I didn’t feel I had the time nor the expertise to develop a ryt200 level training program on my own. When Amy reached out and I learned about InspireTM, I was impressed. Amy’s professionalism, competence, and caring nature was evident on our first meeting. She understood what I was looking for and would provide a program that met all the requirements of the Yoga Alliance but was personal to my studio.

Amy followed a clearly communicated process to gather information from me and share information back. She told me exactly what I could expect and what she would provide, and when. Amy consistently over delivered. I would highly recommend Amy for supporting anyone who is looking to begin a Yoga Teacher Training School of their own.

She was professional, passionate, competent, and always responded in a timely manner. Most of all, the 200-level program was amazing. Her passion for yoga shines through this program. I cannot wait to receive my approval from the Yoga Alliance and begin this next chapter in my yoga life.

Thank you, Amy, for reaching out and supporting me to attain my goal of continuing to spread the knowledge and love of yoga to our community.

As an Owner of GoYoga, I have worked closely with Amy Farahay in a number of capacities over the past six and a half years. I can say with confidence that GoYoga would not be a successful yoga brand without the work of Amy. During this time, my business partner and I heavily relied on Amy to run the day to day business, as we were holding other full-time positions and our business was in excellent hands. Amy not only helped us with the administration of running five yoga studios, but she helped us develop the systems and processes that were instrumental in our success. She helped us grow from two to five studios and from two hundred members to almost 1000 members. Her hard work, ability to connect with clients and instructors alike and her dedication to success is unbeatable. I would highly recommend Amy for a position within your company, as she is sure to elevate your team and your overall business, just as she has done for GoYoga.

Amy is self-motivated and one of the most efficient people I have ever worked with. She thinks outside the box and is always presenting alternative ways to handle issues in a more efficient manner. I have been working with Amy Farahay since the summer of 2018. She became part of the Administrative team at PAI Yoga & Fitness in early 2019. Her skillset and organizational aptitude is outstanding. On our administrative team, she handles customer service, staff scheduling, sales updates, and extensive work on our scheduling software, MINDBODY. Her knowledge of the MINDBODY platform is unparalleled. Additionally, if she doesn’t know how to do something or we have a tricky issue, she has an innate ability to problem solve and find a way for things to work perfectly.

  • Kris S

Amy has been such a crucial component to my business and single handedly brought in the inspiration, knowledge and energy we were looking for to get things going. Her work ethic and determination to bring us success has been fully apparent every step of the way and she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently from the inside out at all times. I consider her a do it all kind of woman because there hasn't been a single issue or question that she has not been able to resolve. She continuously motivates us to push forward on the path to success, brings in creative ideas for expansion and puts her heart into everything that she does for our business. To say she is a complete asset to our success would be an understatement.

  • Linda O

Amy was a saving grace for me. I easily made my money back in 1 year and now I have a great Teacher Training plan that I can tweak as needed.

She rarely bombarded me with questions and did the work thoroughly to get my Teacher Training approved by Yoga Alliance.

I'm very happy I used her services.

With a deep understanding of the physical, spiritual & philosophical aspects of the practice, she is the perfect balance of a yoga teacher trainer and makes it her personal mission to touch people's hearts, lives and souls in each and every interaction.
