I help you see what your business needs next, then help you build it.
It taught me to look beyond what is happening on the surface. To notice patterns. To understand how one part affects the whole. And to come back to purpose when things become complicated.
I approach business the same way.
A marketing problem may actually be a messaging problem. A website problem may be an offer problem. A revenue problem may begin with the customer journey. And a teacher training problem rarely begins with the curriculum alone.
I help business owners step back, see what is really happening, and build what the business actually needs next.
Sometimes that's a clearer business. Sometimes it's a new program, offer, website, or revenue stream. And sometimes it's a teacher training built from the ground up.
Different problems. Same approach.
Yoga taught me how to see business differently.
I didn't leave yoga to become a business strategist.
I became one because of everything I learned inside it.
I spent years working inside yoga studios, not only teaching classes but helping run the businesses behind them.
I managed teams. Supported teachers. Improved sales. Built programs. Solved operational problems. Strengthened the student experience. Developed leaders. And learned how all of those pieces affected the health of the business.
Today, those three things shape how I work with every client.
First we find the real problem. Then we build the right solution.
Whether I'm helping reorganize a business, developing a teacher training, strengthening an offer, or building a new program, the process begins the same way.
Clarify
What are you actually trying to build? What isn't working? What do you want the business to become?
Organize
We connect your offers, programs, messaging, customer journey, resources, and revenue opportunities around one clear direction.
Build
Then we create what is missing. A program, curriculum, website, sales page, offer, system, resource, or launch strategy.
Implement
I stay close enough to help put the work into practice, troubleshoot what is not working, and adjust as things evolve.
The approach stays the same.
Start with what you're trying to build or what isn't working. From there, we determine what the business actually needs.
I have built a lot. Now I need it to make sense.
For established business owners who have outgrown the way their business is currently organized, positioned, or communicated.
I have something valuable to teach. I need help turning it into a program.
For studios, educators, and experts ready to turn their knowledge into a structured, marketable education experience.
Teacher training is where everything I do came together.
Teacher training may look like an education program from the outside.
But building one successfully requires much more than writing a manual.
You need strong curriculum. Teachers who can lead it. Pricing that makes financial sense. A schedule the studio can support. A message people understand. Students who see the value.
You also need systems, policies, faculty resources, student materials, marketing, sales strategy, and often Yoga Alliance approval.
That combination of education, operations, leadership, strategy, and business development is exactly where my experience lives.
Over time, teacher training became one of the deepest specialties inside Inspire.
I wasn't only helping studios write manuals. I was helping them build the business around the training.
Your knowledge. Your brand. A program built to actually work.
Whether you're launching your first training, adding an advanced pathway, or turning your own methodology into a certification, I can help build the full education system around it.

“The thought of writing a Teacher Training program from scratch felt very overwhelming, which led me to kick the YTT can down the road. When Amy reached out and explained how Inspire could support my goal, it felt very doable.”
“Amy and Addie provided a ton of mentorship, sales advice, and marketing strategies to ensure I was successful out the gate. And I am!”Niecia Bullock
You don't always need to create more. Sometimes you need to make sense of what you've already built.
You've accumulated years of expertise.
Programs. Services. Workshops. Content. Offers. Ideas. Resources.
The problem isn't that none of it is good.
The problem is that it may no longer fit together.
That's where I step in.
We find the central idea. We determine what stays. We organize the offers. We clarify who they're for. We map how people move through the business. We strengthen the messaging. Then we build whatever is missing.
I don't hand you a list and tell you to hire ten other people.
Depending on what your business needs, I may help you with one piece or several connected pieces.
I don't just give advice. I help build the solution.
I've spent more than 20 years inside businesses, not standing outside of them telling owners what they should do.
I've taught yoga, led operations, managed teams, built programs, developed teacher trainings, worked in sales and marketing, created systems, strengthened websites, solved revenue problems, and built my own company.
But underneath all of it is the same philosophy yoga taught me years ago.
Observe first. Understand how the pieces are connected. Find what's actually creating the problem. Come back to why you're doing the work in the first place.
Then make the next move from there.
That's how I teach. That's how I lead. And that's how I help build businesses.

Do you only work with yoga studios?
No. Yoga and wellness are the foundation of my experience, and teacher training is one of my deepest specialties, but I also work with established wellness professionals, educators, practitioners, and founders who need help clarifying, organizing, or building their business.
What if I know something isn't working but I don't know what the problem is?
That's okay. You don't need to diagnose the problem before we work together. We can look at the offers, messaging, customer journey, website, programs, revenue, and systems together and determine where the disconnect is actually happening.
Can you help build what you recommend?
Yes. That's one of the biggest differences in how I work. Depending on the project, I may help build the curriculum, program, website strategy, sales page, resource, system, offer structure, messaging, or launch materials.
How did teacher training become your specialty?
Teacher training brought together nearly every part of my experience: yoga education, curriculum, operations, leadership, sales, marketing, pricing, systems, student experience, faculty development, and Yoga Alliance preparation. Over time, it became one of the clearest ways I could help studios create both a meaningful education program and a stronger business.
Can you work with programs or content I already have?
Yes. Existing programs, workshops, curriculum, offers, content, and resources often don't need to be thrown away. We determine what is still valuable, where it belongs, what needs to change, and how everything should fit together.
Good. You don't need to.
Bring me what you're trying to create. Bring me what's not working. Bring me the ideas you can't quite organize.
We'll figure out what the business actually needs and what makes sense to build next.
