“Working in partnership with Amy has made my dream of offering yoga teacher training possible”.
Jennifer Lenhart, E-RYT 500, Studio Owner
I had been wanting to develop a 300-hour teacher training program for many years (and had even tried to start doing so a couple of times), but as the busy sole owner and lead teacher at my yoga studio, I just didn't have the time to do what needed to be done to get a program off the ground.
Working in partnership with Amy at Inspire to develop a customized YTT manual (and to navigate the ever-changing and complicated Yoga Alliance guidelines) has been a delight and also has made my dream of offering yoga teacher training possible. I highly recommend Amy and the services she offers.
Throughout the whole process, Amy has been professional, clear, receptive, and helpful. I chose to create a customized program so that I could focus on my areas of specialty and the teaching lineage I come from, include the materials I have developed and curated for workshops over the years, and give the program the "flavor" of my teaching style.
Amy provides guidance, support, insight, ideas, and encouragement during every step of this process, and the fact that she herself is a yoga teacher who also happens to have a good head for this kind of work is invaluable. I am so glad I decided to hire Amy to help me with this project, and I would happily work with her again in the future.
MY EXPERIENCE.
With over two decades of experience in the industry, I've crafted a substantial portfolio. During this time, I've had the privilege of educating and training hundreds of yoga teachers, as well as overseeing operations for numerous studios around the world. In 2018, I took a hiatus from teaching following a tragic car accident that claimed the life of my baby sister.
Before stepping back from teaching, I traversed the globe, developing teacher training programs for studios that lacked the resources to do so independently. This endeavor led to studio owners reaching out to me, seeking guidance on expanding their studios and establishing their own yoga teacher training initiatives. In response, I set out to construct a streamlined system that alleviated the burdens faced by studio owners, ultimately delivering the outcomes they had long aspired to achieve.

MEET THE
FOUNDER
Hi! I'm Amy.
Yoga is not just a practice for me; it's a way of life. With over two decades of experience in the yoga industry, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in this world. I dedicated seven years to nurturing one of the largest yoga studios in Columbus, Ohio, serving as the director of operations. The studio's growth was significantly influenced by my leadership and my role as a Lululemon ambassador. As our community thrived, I took the initiative to establish a local teacher training program in Columbus, Ohio, and later expanded it across the United States.
My goal is to craft a program that harmoniously blends various philosophies to best represent your unique business.
In 2018, I ventured beyond the studio I had been with, and I've been collaborating with multiple other studios, effectively launching their yoga teacher training programs.
My passions are twofold: yoga and the art of running a successful business. And most importantly, my greatest passion is HELPING YOU SUCCEED.
after reading through the rough draft modules that amy has created, she was able to pin point my teaching style in written form with all the details better then I could‘ve done for myself!
Sarah Rehman, E-RYT 500, Studio Owner
Teaching is my passion and teaching yoga is where that fire was lit within me over 13 years ago. Through those years, I have continued to do trainings and certifications yearly and consider myself a forever student since there’s always so much to learn! I opened an aerial yoga studio called Flying Buddha Studio, 7 years ago and the concept has evolved into a mindful, movement studio that includes yoga, aerial yoga, aerial dance, aerial arts with the hoop and hammock, bungee fitness, The Great Yoga Wall, pole fitness, burlesque, and so much more! I love to teach and my home is always with yoga. I have learned to apply my yoga to all these different movement modalities and the time has come in my career to share all the wisdom, knowledge, and experience that has been shared with me. I have felt that I should be teaching teachers and it’s been a goal to create a yoga teacher training program for over a couple years now. The process of creating the teacher training manual has felt overwhelming especially on top of the day to day responsibilities with my business, family, and the unexpected twists and turns that come with life.
I saw Amy’s advertisement in an email a year before and I did reach out, but I was hesitant and thought that I would find the time to put in the work to create my manual. A year later, I hadn’t made that much progress in the manual making and I decided to reach out again but this time I set up a meeting to learn more about Amy’s services and to get answers to my questions. Our 15 minute meeting turned into an hour and I felt very comfortable talking with her and this led to me becoming a client. She asked me questions about my yoga influences and favorite books. I told her about my training experiences and she listened. I didn’t quite understand at the time what she meant when she said that creating these teacher training manuals is how she lives her yoga practice, but after reading through the rough draft modules that she had created for me I realized she was able to pin point my teaching style in written form with all the details better then I could‘ve done for myself. I also realized that leading a teacher training is going to allow me to go full circle. Like many, yoga started out as a more physical practice but when I needed to heal and go deeper within myself my practice and learning to teach gave me a strong sense of purpose and spirituality. Reading through all the details in the modules that Amy had so eloquently put together reminded me of why I came to yoga in the first place to heal.
We are still in the process of creating the yoga teacher training manual, but the draft that she has shared with me to read over has sparked excitement and creative inspiration in me as my goals have become more concrete and attainable from Amy’s services. I highly recommend working with her and allowing her to add her talents to your future programs.
