CUSTOM TRAINING + CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

Turn what you know into a training only you could teach.

You already have the experience, philosophy, stories, methods, and way of teaching.

My job is to help you uncover the structure underneath it.

Together, we turn what may currently live in your head, your classes, your notes, your workshops, and your years of experience into a complete learning journey your students can move through and your faculty can confidently teach.

That can include curriculum, student manuals, faculty guides, practicum, observation tools, assessments, training schedules, Yoga Alliance application support, launch strategy, and the coaching needed to turn the finished materials into a training that actually works inside your business.

It still sounds like you. It just finally has structure.

Your Method
Built to Teach

Student Learning Journey
Your Method Matters

Your training should sound like you, not like a curriculum company wrote it.

You may already have years of material.

Class themes. Workshops. Notes. Stories. Practices. Philosophy. Sequences. Trainings you've taken. Things you say to your students over and over because they matter to you.

The problem is rarely a lack of knowledge.

The problem is turning all of that knowledge into a learning experience that makes sense from beginning to end.

That's the part I help build.

I look at what you already have, uncover the central philosophy underneath it, organize the learning journey, identify what is missing, eliminate unnecessary repetition, and build the student and faculty resources around it.

Then we look at your actual business. Your schedule. Your teachers. Your existing classes and workshops. Your community. Your capacity. The goal is not to create a beautiful curriculum that becomes difficult to run. It is to build an education system that works in real life.

The goal is not for me to make your program sound better. The goal is for me to make it sound unmistakably like you while giving it the structure someone else needs in order to learn it.

Who Custom Development Is For

This is for people who already have something worth teaching.

Custom Development Makes Sense If You:

  • Have a distinct philosophy, specialty, method, or body of work
  • Want the training to reflect your actual voice and teaching approach
  • Already have notes, workshops, manuals, recordings, or source material
  • Need help organizing what belongs where and what is missing
  • Want the student experience and faculty experience built together
  • Need observation, practicum, feedback, and assessment systems
  • Want a long-term education asset your business can continue using
  • Want strategic guidance while you turn the curriculum into a real program

A Turnkey Program May Make More Sense If You:

  • Want the fastest path to launching a standard 200HR or 300HR
  • Do not need a completely original training methodology
  • Are comfortable adapting an already-built curriculum
  • Prefer a mostly pre-built framework rather than developing your own methodology from the ground up
  • Need a lower-cost solution
  • Want to launch sooner than a full custom-development process allows
How I Build It

We don't begin by writing a manual.

We begin by understanding what you are actually trying to teach, what transformation you want students to move through, and what makes your way of teaching different.

01

Extract the Method

Before I write anything, I need to understand how you think. Your philosophy. Your language. Your stories. Your teaching patterns. Your beliefs about transformation. What you want students to experience. What you never want the training to become. We review existing manuals, workshops, notes, recordings, programs, and source material so I can identify the methodology already living inside your work.

02

Build the Learning Journey

We determine what the student needs to understand first, what naturally builds next, where practice belongs, where reflection belongs, and how each module contributes to the larger transformation. Every module should prepare the student for what comes after it.

03

Build the Student Experience

I develop the curriculum, student manuals, exercises, reflections, practices, assignments, learning objectives, practicum work, and supporting materials so the student is not simply consuming information. They are moving through an intentional learning experience.

04

Build the Teacher Experience

The faculty guide is developed alongside the student manual. Your lead teachers receive facilitation structure, teaching notes, discussion prompts, observation tools, practicum guidance, feedback language, and clear direction around what they should be watching for as students develop.

05

Prepare It to Run

Once the learning system is built, we organize the schedule, hours, Yoga Alliance application when applicable, student systems, faculty handoff, pricing, enrollment messaging, and launch plan so the training can move from documents into a real program. I stay involved as we work through the practical decisions that come with bringing it to life.

What Custom Development Can Include

More than curriculum. A complete education system.

Learning Journey Architecture

The developmental arc showing what students need to learn, experience, practice, integrate, and demonstrate across the full training.

Student Manuals

Professionally developed learning materials built around your philosophy, voice, content, practices, stories, and methodology. The manual becomes the student's resource and foundation, not a script your faculty has to read word for word.

Faculty Guides

Teacher-facing resources aligned with the student experience so faculty knows how to facilitate each module and support the intended learning.

Practicum + Observation

Teaching practice, observation forms, self-reflection, faculty feedback, development tracking, and tools that help students grow through application.

Assessments + Integration

Reflection questions, assignments, competency checks, evaluations, and integration work designed around what students actually need to demonstrate.

Student + Faculty Alignment

Student-facing modules and faculty-facing facilitation guides are developed together so the teaching team understands the experience the student is moving through.

Schedule + Hour Architecture

Training calendars, module timing, contact hours, learning categories, homework, practicum, and overall program pacing.

Yoga Alliance Application

When RYS registration is part of your project, I organize the curriculum, map the required hours and competencies, prepare the supporting documentation, and complete the Yoga Alliance application for you.

Launch + Implementation Strategy

Pricing, positioning, landing-page messaging, email campaigns, enrollment strategy, faculty handoff, scheduling decisions, and practical implementation planning.

What We Can Build

The structure depends on what you are trying to teach.

Custom 200HR

Build your foundational teacher training around your own philosophy.

Ideal for studios that want a full 200HR experience built around their teaching approach, community, voice, faculty, and long-term vision.

Custom 300HR + Advanced Education

Build the teacher, leader, or mentor you want your graduates to become.

Your advanced training can include leadership, mentoring, philosophy, specialty education, teaching development, practicum, self-inquiry, and other pathways that support experienced teachers.

My own advanced-development system, The Leadership Path, was built around one clear arc: Know Yourself → Trust Yourself → Teach As Yourself. Your advanced training should have an equally clear reason for existing.

Signature Method + Certification

Turn your proprietary approach into something others can learn and deliver.

Ideal for teachers, founders, studio owners, and wellness professionals with a specialty or body of work that currently lives inside private sessions, workshops, classes, or years of experience.

The Manual Is The Resource

The training itself should come from your experience.

I do not build custom programs so you can stand at the front of the room and teach the manual word for word.

The manual gives students the foundational information, terminology, concepts, practices, reflection, and resources they need. Your live time should give them what a manual cannot: your experience.

We look at the teachers you want to develop and ask a practical question:

If this person were going to work for you when they graduate, what would you need them to know how to do?

Then we design the experience around that answer. They practice. They observe. They teach. They make mistakes. They receive feedback. They teach again. They learn from your faculty, your studio, your community, and the real situations that happen when you are responsible for a room full of people.

Existing studio classes, workshops, specialty education, community events, Master Classes, and faculty expertise may also become useful parts of the learning experience when they align with the curriculum and program requirements. We look at what you are already doing and determine how it can support the training instead of automatically creating more work.

We have the content. Now we design the experience.

Custom Development Investment

A complete training built around your method, voice, students, and long-term vision.

Ownership of Custom Deliverables: Once the agreed project is complete and paid in full, ownership of the final custom curriculum, manuals, and deliverables created specifically for your business transfers according to the terms of your agreement.

Inspire Development Tools: Inspire retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, methods, processes, and development systems used to create or support the project.

No Per-Student Fees: Your business keeps the revenue from the training. There are no ongoing per-student curriculum fees or royalty payments unless a different licensing structure is specifically agreed upon for the project.

Common Questions

Before we build your training.

Do I need to have all of my content organized first?

No. In many projects, organizing the content is part of the work. You can bring notes, workshops, old manuals, recordings, class themes, outlines, source material, or simply years of teaching experience. Part of my role is identifying the structure underneath what you already know.

Will the final training still sound like me?

It should. Preserving your voice, philosophy, language, recurring themes, and way of teaching is a core part of the development process. The goal is not to make your training sound generic or overly academic.

Do you build both student manuals and teacher guides?

Yes, when included in scope. The student and faculty experiences are intentionally developed together so the person leading the training understands how to facilitate what the student is learning.

Can you build observation, practicum, and feedback tools?

Yes. Depending on the program, this can include observation forms, practicum structure, self-assessment, teacher feedback, evaluation systems, competency checks, and tools for tracking student development.

How long does custom development take?

The timeline depends on program length, complexity, existing source material, number of manuals, research needs, review cycles, branding, and application scope. A detailed project timeline is established after discovery.

Does custom development guarantee Yoga Alliance approval?

No. When Yoga Alliance registration is included in the project, I prepare the curriculum and supporting materials around current published requirements and complete the RYS application for you. Your school still needs to meet applicable trainer, policy, and operational requirements, and final approval remains with Yoga Alliance.

Your Method Is Already There

Let's turn it into something other people can actually learn from.

Bring me the notes, workshops, ideas, manuals, recordings, stories, philosophy, or method you've been carrying around. We'll determine what the training is really trying to teach and build the structure around it.
