The manual gives them the information. You teach them how to become teachers.
Your live training does not need to become 200 hours of reading a curriculum to your students.
The manual gives trainees the foundational information, terminology, concepts, reflection, and resources they need. Your live time is where you give them what a manual cannot: your experience.

We get trainees teaching. Observing. Practicing. Making mistakes. Receiving feedback. Teaching again. Learning how to cue, sequence, adapt, communicate, manage a room, work with different bodies, and make thoughtful decisions with real students in front of them.
And wherever it makes sense, we look at what your studio is already doing and make it work harder for you. Existing classes can become observation and teaching opportunities. Workshops can support trainee education. YTT topics can become community Master Classes or paid studio offerings.
I don't replace your expertise with my curriculum. My system gives your expertise somewhere to live.
The goal is not to finish a manual. The goal is to launch a training you know how to lead.
Permanent Internal Studio License: Your studio may edit, brand, and use the curriculum for future cohorts without royalties, recurring curriculum fees, or per-student charges. The original curriculum may not be resold, sublicensed, shared with unrelated organizations, or distributed outside the purchasing studio.
The Long-Term Ecosystem: A strong 200HR can become the foundation of a more sustainable studio. Members become trainees. Trainees become teachers. Teachers become leaders. Over time, your studio develops the people and education pathway needed to protect your culture, strengthen retention, and support long-term growth.

Is the curriculum designed around Yoga Alliance RYS 200 standards?
Yes. The curriculum and supporting hour maps are designed around the educational categories and program structure used for RYS 200 applications. Your studio remains responsible for meeting current trainer, policy, operational, and application requirements, and current Yoga Alliance requirements should always be confirmed before submission.
Is the Yoga Alliance application included?
Yes. Your Yoga Alliance application is included in the 200HR Partnership. Once your curriculum and program structure are finalized, I prepare the competency mapping, organize your hours and schedule, gather the required policies and trainer information, and complete the RYS application for you.
Will my training feel like everyone else's if we're starting with a white-label curriculum?
No. The curriculum gives you the educational architecture so you do not have to spend months building 200 hours of training from scratch. Your philosophy, teaching experience, faculty, specialties, studio culture, community, and the kind of teachers you want to develop are what make the experience yours. MAKE IT YOURS™ guides you through identifying those pieces and intentionally integrating them into the curriculum, training flow, and student experience.
How will I know what to actually teach each weekend?
You will not be left with hundreds of pages and expected to figure it out alone. MAKE IT YOURS™ includes AI-assisted implementation tools that help you connect your Faculty Guide and Student Manuals to your actual training calendar, map curriculum across your weekends, identify what belongs in each stage of the training, and create a practical preparation plan for what to teach, practice, discuss, and have ready.
Are there royalties or per-student fees?
No. Your studio receives a permanent internal-use license for future cohorts with no tuition sharing, recurring curriculum fees, or per-student charges. The materials may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed outside the purchasing studio.
Do you just create the curriculum, or do you help me actually run the training?
Both. Building the curriculum is only part of the process. I stay involved as you prepare to launch and help you work through the real decisions that come with bringing the training to life, including scheduling, faculty, workshops, student requirements, practice teaching, existing studio classes, Yoga Alliance, and how to make the program manageable for your business. You also leave with implementation tools you can continue using as you prepare and lead future cohorts.
Do you still offer curriculum-only licensing?
In some cases, yes. It is best suited for studios that already have experienced trainers, understand the application process, and are prepared to handle branding, implementation, scheduling, and launch independently. Contact me and I can tell you whether curriculum-only is the right fit.
