Limited License

When you purchase or receive access to an InspireTM product or service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or internal business use only.

Ownership of the intellectual property is not transferred to you.

You May

  • Download purchased resources for your own use.
  • Print materials for your own reference.
  • Use worksheets and templates within your own business unless otherwise stated.
  • Reference concepts learned through InspireTM while giving appropriate credit where applicable.

You May Not

  • Copy or reproduce materials.
  • Sell or resell InspireTM content.
  • Share purchased digital products.
  • Upload materials to file-sharing websites.
  • Distribute manuals or training materials.
  • Record workshops or trainings without written permission.
  • Modify InspireTM materials and present them as your own.
  • Teach from InspireTM curriculum without authorization.
  • Create competing products using substantial portions of InspireTM materials.
  • Copy website design, branding, or messaging.
  • Remove copyright notices from materials.

Yoga Teacher Training Materials

All yoga teacher training curriculum, manuals, lesson plans, sequencing methodologies, educational frameworks, assessments, and supporting materials are proprietary to InspireTM unless otherwise stated in writing.

Purchase of a curriculum does not grant permission to duplicate, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the materials beyond the license specifically granted at the time of purchase.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, templates, workbooks, guides, PDFs, videos, and educational resources are licensed to the original purchaser only.

Sharing login credentials, download links, files, or purchased resources with others is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

Intuitive Reading Content

Written readings, recorded readings, session notes, and other personalized materials created specifically for a client are intended solely for that client's personal use.

Clients may retain copies of their own readings for personal reference. However, InspireTM retains ownership of the original written work, recordings, formatting, and supporting materials.

Testimonials

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, or feedback, you grant InspireTM permission to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that testimonial for marketing and educational purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

Personal identifying information will not be published without your permission.

Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect visitors to do the same.

Unauthorized Use
