BUSINESS STRATEGY • PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT • IMPLEMENTATION

You don't need more ideas. You need someone who can help you figure out what actually needs to change.

You may know something isn't working, but that doesn't always mean the problem is obvious.

Maybe your offers have become scattered. Your website no longer explains what you really do. Revenue has stalled. You've built too many things without a clear path between them. Or you have an idea for a program, training, or next chapter and don't know how to turn it into something people can actually buy.

That's where I come in.

I help you understand what's really happening, organize the pieces, decide what comes next, and then help you build it.

I don't hand you a strategy and send you off to figure it out. When something needs to be built, I roll up my sleeves and help build it.

How I See Business

Everything begins with understanding why.

Whether I'm working with a business owner, yoga studio, leadership team, teacher, or someone trying to turn years of expertise into something new, I begin in the same place: I look for the why.

Yoga taught me to look at the whole person instead of chasing one symptom. Years in operations taught me to do the same thing with a business.

A marketing problem isn't always a marketing problem. A website problem isn't always a website problem. A revenue problem isn't always a revenue problem.

Before we fix anything, I want to understand what is creating it.

Once we understand the deeper pattern, the next step usually becomes much clearer.

Stop reacting to the symptom. Understand the system.

How I Work

Understand. Connect. Decide. Build.

I don't use the same formula for every business. We start with what is actually happening, then build the solution around what you really need.

01

Understand What's Really Happening

We begin with the challenge you can see, then look underneath it. I listen, ask questions, review the business, and identify what may actually be driving the issue.

02

Connect the Pieces

We look at how your offers, messaging, website, systems, customer journey, leadership, pricing, programs, and revenue relate to one another.

03

Decide What Needs to Change

Once the real issue is clear, we determine what deserves your attention now, what can wait, what may need to go, and what needs to be built next.

04

Build the Solution

This is where my work is different. When the solution falls within my expertise, I don't just tell you what needs to happen. I help create it with you.

Do You Recognize Yourself?

Clients usually come to me when the business feels harder than it should.

Sometimes the problem is obvious. Sometimes everything is technically working, but the business feels scattered, disconnected, stuck, or too dependent on you.

I have too many offers and don't know how they fit together.
My website or messaging no longer explains what I really do.
Revenue has stalled and I'm not sure why.
My business has grown, but the structure hasn't grown with it.
I have years of content, ideas, or intellectual property that need to be organized.
I know what I want to build next, but don't know how to structure it.
I want to create a training, certification, membership, or new revenue stream.
My business still depends too heavily on me.
What We Can Actually Work On

We don't stop after identifying the problem.

The solution may involve one part of the business or several pieces working together. The goal is not to add more for the sake of adding more. It's to build what the business actually needs.

Offers + Revenue

Clarify what you sell, simplify overlapping offers, identify stronger revenue opportunities, improve pricing, or build a better path between services.

Messaging + Customer Journey

Make it easier for the right person to understand what you do, why it matters, where they fit, and what step they should take next.

Website Strategy

Restructure pages, clarify calls to action, improve conversion flow, organize content, strengthen positioning, and make the website support the actual business.

Systems + Operations

Simplify the backend, improve workflows, clarify responsibilities, reduce owner dependency, and make the business easier to manage.

Programs + Intellectual Property

Take years of content, workshops, ideas, expertise, or existing programs and turn them into something clear, organized, repeatable, and marketable.

Teacher Training + Education

Build a 200HR, 300HR, certification, leadership pathway, or custom education program with curriculum, faculty tools, systems, and launch strategy behind it.

Why Work With Me

I've spent more than 20 years learning how businesses, people, programs, and systems fit together.

My career started in yoga, but it quickly became much bigger than teaching.

I spent years inside studio operations working with sales, teams, leadership, programming, customer experience, retention, marketing, systems, and revenue. Eventually, I built my own company and began helping other owners solve the same kinds of problems.

Teacher training became one of my specialties because it brought everything together: education, leadership, operations, marketing, sales, systems, customer experience, and revenue.

Today, I use that same way of thinking whether I'm helping a studio build a teacher training, helping a practice grow, or helping an established business owner organize years of ideas into a clearer business.

I've supported more than 200 studios and worked across strategy, curriculum development, websites, messaging, operations, leadership, program design, and business growth.

Different businesses. Same process.
Understand what's really happening.
Connect the pieces.
Build what comes next.

Start With What Feels Stuck

You don't have to know exactly what you need before we talk.

Bring me what feels messy, disconnected, unfinished, or harder than it should be. We'll start there, figure out what is really happening, and determine what makes sense to build next.
