As a mother of two, a yoga educator, and a lifelong learner, I understand the balance between purpose and practicality—between nurturing others and continuing to grow yourself. That same awareness inspires my work today: helping yoga studio owners and teachers build Yoga Alliance-approved businesses that feel aligned, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling.
A Legacy of Expertise in Yoga Education
My yoga journey began in 2007, and for nearly two decades, I have dedicated myself to the professionalization of yoga teacher training. In 2012, I stepped into the role of Director of Operations for a prominent studio, where I developed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program. What started as a single offering evolved into an international curriculum, bringing high-quality, compliant yoga education to communities worldwide.
That experience shaped my understanding of what studios truly need to thrive: not just a manual, but a clear instructional structure, expert mentorship, and systems that make growth easier. Since 2015, I have collaborated with studios to develop custom teacher training programs and Yoga Alliance-aligned curriculums, allowing owners to expand their reach and strengthen their communities without the administrative overwhelm of building a program from scratch.
The Mission of InspireTM
These collaborations grew into InspireTM, a premier consultancy dedicated to empowering yoga professionals with the tools, training, and curriculum development they need to lead with confidence. Through InspireTM, I help studio owners refine their business models, develop leadership skills, and navigate the Registered Yoga School (RYS)application process.
I specialize in creating trauma-informed and inclusive curriculums that meet modern educational standards, ensuring my clients receive "no-revision" approvals from Yoga Alliance. I believe that a successful yoga business doesn’t come from doing more, but from doing what matters most—with intention, clarity, and heart.

Addie has been instrumental in shaping and elevating yoga communities worldwide throughout her career. From managing bustling studios to founding and running successful yoga businesses, she has cultivated a deep understanding of yoga's operational and spiritual aspects.
Now, as an expert yoga teacher trainer, Addie has been entrusted with creating comprehensive and transformative yoga teacher training programs for studio owners and instructors worldwide. Addie is passionate about empowering the next generation of yoga teachers, blending traditional practices with modern insights to create a holistic and inclusive approach to yoga education.

Elaine has been a dedicated member of the Inspire TM team for the past four years, leveraging her six years of corporate experience to support our mission with skill and precision. As my right hand, Elaine handles all administrative tasks carefully, ensuring everything runs smoothly so we can focus on delivering impactful yoga teacher training curriculums to our clients.
Elaine is crucial in expanding our reach by identifying studios and potential partners who would benefit from our premade or fully customized yoga teacher training curriculums. She initiates contact with studios, sending out the first emails and facilitating introductions that help us connect with the right communities. Her thoughtful approach ensures that each connection is meaningful and aligned with Inspire TM's values.
Beyond this, Elaine manages a wide range of daily operations—from coordinating communications to ensuring our internal processes remain efficient and organized. Her work is invaluable in maintaining the integrity of our programs and supporting our clients as they implement our carefully crafted curriculums in their own spaces.
