MEET THE

FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Amy!

I'm a proud mother to two incredible souls who are the driving force behind everything I do. Every day, I wake up with the goal of becoming a better version of myself than I was yesterday. My life's mission is to instill in my children the belief that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.

Here's a glimpse of my journey:

In 2012, I assumed the role of Director Of Operations for a local studio and played a pivotal part in establishing their inaugural 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program. We made this training available both locally and internationally.

In 2015, a turning point in my life occurred when I needed to increase my income. During a conversation with the owners of a studio, they posed a crucial question: "How do you plan to boost revenue to secure the necessary salary increases?" My response was simple: I would create a program for studios worldwide. We would take our expertise to them, providing comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training. In return, they would add Yoga Teacher Training to their community and generate additional income.

This led to the creation of the Teacher Training Partnership Program, a sister program that offered yoga teacher training to studios worldwide. I traveled across the globe, utilizing this proven YTT method. The program was a resounding success for all involved - the studio, the partnering studios, and me, as I achieved the pay increase I needed to support the next phase of my life.

However, as I worked closely with these studios, I noticed a recurring pattern. Studio owners began to rely on me for more than our contractual YTT services. They sought my knowledge, sales and marketing expertise, and general assistance in growing their studios. I pondered how to create a business where I could help these studio owners accomplish their goals and expand their communities.

My 300HR Yoga Teacher's words echoed in my mind: "When shit happens, shift happens."

And indeed, a significant shift did occur!

In 2018, I made the difficult decision to leave the studio and explore a new chapter in my life. A week after resigning, one of my siblings tragically passed away in a car accident. It was a devastating double blow, and to find my way through, I turned back to my yoga mat. This time, not as a teacher, but as a student.

I summoned the courage to stand on my own two feet and set out to offer the same services I had provided for the local studio to studios worldwide.

That's when InspireTM was born.

To me, the process was straightforward, as it stemmed from creating yoga teacher training programs. I reached out to one of the first studios I had partnered with years ago and shared my vision with the owner, Linda. She enthusiastically embraced the idea, and we started working together immediately. The momentum began to build with other studios, but then the unexpected struck - COVID-19.

We all know the challenges that the pandemic presented, but within those challenges, a remarkable shift occurred.

My business transitioned from working solely with yoga studios to aiding mental health practices in growing their businesses. My services expanded to encompass consulting, graphic design, social media marketing, and more.

As restrictions began to ease and businesses reopened, a new need emerged within the yoga industry. Many studios had suffered substantial losses and some had even closed their doors. Drawing from my experience, I knew how transformative yoga teacher training could be for these studios. It not only had the potential to bolster their financial bottom line but also to rejuvenate their communities. I began offering my services, customizing yoga teacher training programs for studios worldwide, and it has been a tremendous success!

As business owners, we can become so engrossed in the daily operations that our personal aspirations take a back seat. My mission is to bridge that gap. I'm here to turn your dream of running a successful business into a reality.

  • My first step is to learn you and fully understand you're why. (at the end of the day, my job is to increase sales for you but connect folks to your why, therefore, I, too, have to fully believe in it, just as much as you do!)

    I then go through your past content, social media, emails, blogs, and web copy, and I pull the nuggets that connect clients to that message. I like to say at an energetic level because of how I relate to your why I energetically view it from the perspective of the client you are attracting and connecting with.

    For those who are kinda in the shifting phase - I help them refocus on that purpose and then redefine their why. This is why branding is so apparent on my website. I believe it all starts from your branding and the consistency of your message.

  • We get so busy in our business that we lose sight of what got us here in the first place. So I go back through your content and pull out the nuggets that remind you!

    My goal is for this to SOUND, FEEL & LOOK as if it came from YOU!

  • YES!

    After I have created copy, content, and visuals, we send them to you for approval and edits.

    We tend to work a month ahead, but have clients who like this weekly and biweekly. We can accommodate all.

    Once complete, we will send a link to you in canva. It will have the graphics and content and then the copy for that post in the “comment” section.

    You then can suggest edits and even add any document that you may inspire to add.

  • YES.

    Together we will create a weekly schedule that works best for your needs. Typically two of the days for content are dedicated to marketing.
