Electronic Enrollment Agreement
12-Month Membership Commitment
Founding enrollment: $79/month, $948 total initial commitment, for eligible enrollments through November 30, 2026.
Standard enrollment: $99/month, $1,188 total initial commitment, for eligible enrollments beginning December 1, 2026.
Monthly charges are installments toward a 12-month service agreement. Membership automatically renews for additional 12-month terms unless properly canceled, subject to applicable law.

This Agreement establishes the terms under which InspireTM provides ongoing administrative support to Client's Registered Yoga School (RYS). Exhibit A and Exhibit B form part of this Agreement.

Electronic Acceptance
By affirmatively accepting this Agreement during Stripe checkout, the enrolling representative confirms that they have reviewed the terms, understand the 12-month commitment and automatic renewal provisions, and are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the enrolling business.
