MY STORY

This has always been part of me.

When I was five years old, my grandmother passed away. She died in her bedroom, and after she was gone, I remember feeling something every time I walked upstairs past that room. I could not explain it, but I felt as though she was still there. I was so frightened that I refused to go upstairs alone.

Looking back now, I believe that may have been one of the first moments I realized I experienced the world differently.

In first grade, I wrote a book called Meanies. It was about people being mean and how we should all be kind, spread love, and choose something better. At the end, there was a page about the author. It said, “When I grow up, I want to be a psychic.”

I found that book years later while moving, and it stopped me in my tracks. Some part of me had always known.

A GIFT I KEPT PUSHING DOWN

I was not always ready to let this part of me be seen.

As I grew older, there were other experiences I could not easily explain. Shortly after graduating from high school, a classmate passed away. I remember driving and having the distinct feeling that he was with me in the back seat of my car. It felt real to me, and it stayed with me.

Years later, after my sister passed away, there were moments when I felt I could hear her. Those experiences brought comfort, but they also scared me. Whenever my intuition became especially strong, I would push it down and close that part of myself off.

Yet no matter how much I tried to ignore it, it never truly left. It has always been deep in my soul.

Throughout my work as a mentor, yoga teacher trainer, and business strategist, intuition has always been one of the most valuable tools I brought into every conversation. Clients would often tell me that I understood things they had not shared, recognized patterns they could not yet see, or gave them clarity exactly when they needed it.

I eventually realized I was not discovering a new gift. I was finally allowing myself to trust one that had been with me all along.

HOW IT HAS SHOWN UP

I have always seen beneath the surface.

Over the years, friends and family have often come to me and asked, “What do you see?” or “What do you feel?” Sometimes they would bring me photographs of loved ones who had passed, and even when I was only lightly tapping into my gift, impressions would come through.

I have sensed meaningful life events before they happened, including pregnancies, baby genders, and the timing around people passing. My kids have joked that I am “weird,” but the truth is, this way of sensing has always been part of how I experience the world.

When I led yoga teacher trainings, I would often say, “I see souls.” What I meant was that I could see beyond the surface story. I could sense the part of a person that was hidden beneath fear, pain, self-doubt, or old patterns.

That ability helped me support people in moving through what was holding them back. I was not just listening to their words. I was feeling the deeper truth underneath them.

How I connect with loved ones through an image.

For mediumship, I find that a photograph creates the strongest connection. Before your session, you will submit a photo of your loved one. I sit quietly with the image and allow myself to connect with their energy without forcing information.

As I sit with the photograph, I may receive memories, emotions, personality traits, symbolic images, words, or a deep inner knowing connected to your loved one. Sometimes I sense who they were, how they loved, or what they may want to share. Other times, the connection comes through as subtle feelings or meaningful symbols.

During your session, I share everything I was able to connect with. Every reading unfolds differently, and I never promise a specific message or outcome. I only share what genuinely comes through with honesty, compassion, and respect.
