Sometimes the answers are not found in another book, podcast, or course.

Sometimes they are found in the quiet.

For years, yoga has been part of my life. Not because of the poses. Not because of flexibility. But because yoga taught me how to pay attention.

These days, my practice looks different.

Most mornings, you will find me walking. No podcast. No audiobook. No music. Just me, my thoughts, and whatever life is trying to teach me that day.

Right now, those walks are teaching me about motherhood.

My son is becoming a senior. My daughter is becoming more independent. And I am realizing nobody prepared me for this stage of life.

The part where your children need you differently.

The part where life gets quieter in some ways and louder in others.

The part where you start asking yourself questions you may not have had space to ask before.

This Week’s Reflection

What have you done today for you?

Not for your spouse. Not for your children. Not for your business. Not for your responsibilities.

For you.

Take twenty minutes. Go for a walk. Leave the music behind. Skip the podcast. Put your phone in your pocket.

Notice what comes up.

Walk Notes

Each week, I will share reflections from my walks, questions I am sitting with, lessons life is teaching me, and thoughts on motherhood, identity, growth, and what comes next.

No formulas. No perfect answers. No pressure to become someone new overnight.

Just honest reflections from one woman figuring it out as she goes, and inviting you to create space to hear yourself again too.

Walk with me.
