But over time, I realized something:

I don’t teach yoga anymore.
Now, I live it—through every studio owner I support and every Yoga Teacher Training I help bring to life.
The Evolution of My Practice
In 2018, I left the studio I had helped build. I stopped teaching public classes. I stepped away from the familiar. But what I didn’t step away from was the heart of the practice—the transformation, the connection, the community.
Now, I create Yoga Teacher Training programs for studios who are ready to grow their business and their impact—without burning out.
I don’t just give them a curriculum.
I walk with them as they:
