I have built a portfolio that consists of over 20 years of experience in the industry, successfully teaching and training hundreds of yoga teachers and running operations for many studios worldwide. In 2018, I took a break and retired from teaching after losing my baby sister to a tragic car accident.
Before retiring from teaching, I would travel the world creating teacher training programs for studios that did not have the resources to do so independently. Through this process, studio owners began to contact me, asking for guidance on growing their studio and assistance with offering their own yoga teacher training programs. I began to create a system that streamlined the process that took pressure off of the studio owner and provided the end result that they’ve always wished for.

Hi! My name is Amy.
The practice of yoga is how I live my life. I have been in the yoga industry for over two decades. As the director of operations, I spent seven years growing one of the largest yoga studios in Columbus, Ohio. The studio began to grow through my leadership & ambassadorship with Lululemon. As the community began to develop, I built the teacher training program locally in Columbus, Ohio, and expanded it throughout the US.
I aim to create a blend of philosophies to develop a program that best represents your business.
After leaving the studio in 2018, I began to work with multiple other studios successfully launching yoga teacher trainings.
My passion is yoga; my passion is running a business, and my passion is HELPING YOU SUCCEED.
